Shop Policies

Returning Items: We accept returns and exchanges as follows:
Buyers can return a physical product purchased online for any reason by contacting us within 14 days. This 14-day period starts the day of receipt of the product.

Contact us by email wood4tt@gmail.com or via our website contact form to tell us why you wish to return the item. Returning and exchanging items will be at the cost of the buyer. We will respond to you within 14 days to arrange your return.

Lost Items: If your item is considered to be lost during delivery, we will contact the dispatching service as soon as you contact us to say that your item is lost. This process can take up to 30 days. We will keep you updated on this process. Once the dispatch service has concluded the item is classed as lost we will contact you to organise a refund for your order. As we usually use a tracked service we rarely lose an item.

Bespoke/Custom Items: The return rule above does not apply to custom-made products or digital/downloaded items.

Refunds: Once we have received your return (and it is in the original order that it was sent) a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your returned item.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged please send us images of the package and item within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange the items return with you and if you pay the return postage we will reimburse you for this (as well as the cost of the original item) within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Delivery: We aim to deliver within 5 days of your order, but we usually send within 3 days (not including holidays and weekends. When we use tracking services we will give you the details of the tracking number.

Privacy Policy: We comply with the GDPR and data protection act in the UK. We only use your contact details in relation to the processing and dispatching of your order. We will not add you to our mailing list or use your details for any other reason unless you request this.
